Studying medical sciences means building an interconnected network of concepts rather than memorising isolated facts. Academic success starts with clear goals for each study week and distributing subjects according to their conceptual load and difficulty.

Divide study sessions into focused periods of 25–45 minutes followed by a short break. Use the first 10 minutes to recall the previous session without looking at your notes (active recall).

Do not finish a chapter or topic without answering a set of interactive multiple-choice questions (MCQs) to identify weaknesses and understand how examination questions are written.

Use the platform's tools to take contextual notes within lessons and switch between content depths: brief for quick revision and intermediate for structured study.
